So, I found out this morning that I had been scammed making an online purchase. They took $145 from my card but have no record of me ever placing an order. Every time I tried to place an order, they declined my card so I called the card company to find out why I had been declined and told them that there should only be one charge on my card. They told me that there were two charges and exactly where the charges were from so I just figured that my order had gone
thru even though it had said declined. So today, I go to he web site to check the status of my order because I received NO confirmation e-mail. They said to click on MY ACCOUNT to check the status of an order so I clicked on it thinking maybe I did create an account and forgot, so I clicked on "forgot user name and password" and put my e-mail address in and they sent me some user name that I had never heard of nor did I create. Anyway, I enter the user name and password and it said there is no order found. So, I called the card company back and got the charges removed and sent the website an e-mail saying that I was reporting them for fraud. At the end I was sarcastic...well, I was a bitch and told them, "Have a lovely holiday" right after I told them I was reporting them. Oh fucking well. I work hard for my money and those assholes aren't going to get away with scamming me!
