Justice-for once!

So, the judge in family court had originally ordered that Andrew's father only had to pay $25 a month, instead of the $200 a month he was paying and he was excused from paying any part of childcare. The Judge adjourned the court date to see if Andrew's father could find a job. Our court date was today at 10am. Andrew's father was a no show at court today, so now, his support is back to $100 biweekly and he has to pay 50% of the childcare costs, and the Judge made the childcare costs retro back to the first day I worked, so he has arrears to pay on top of it! Feels good to finally get what my son and I deserve! And also, a lesson for his father...mommy and daddy can't get you out of this one.
