About Me

Hi, my name is Michelle. I'm a single mother to Andrew (10) and Ashelyn (6). I completed college in December of 2007 obtaining a degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. I'm currently in a very new relationship with a wonderful man. My goal is to go back to college and earn my Bachelor's in Social Work; possibly my Master's. I would also love to get my CASAC (credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor) someday. I'm discovering a new happiness in my life and the only thing I'm waiting for is to find a job so I can continue my career. I love my field of work and enjoy every minute of it. The rest you can find on my "complete profile". Any questions, feel free to ask :-)

Bad dreams

A week or so ago I had a horrible dream that I do not know the outcome of because it was so terrible that it woke me up. Somehow, for some reason, my sister had to die. She didn't do anything illegal. She just had some disease, but I didn't know what. She wasn't going to die the way that terminally ill patients die. She had been scheduled to melt to death. Now, she is the mother of three children. And I remember in the dream wondering how she felt knowing that she was going to die tomorrow, because in my dream, she was going to be melted the very next day. The last thing I remember is her laying on the 'melting machine' and then starting to melt. She never melted completely because I woke up at this point. I'm usually "right on" when it comes to figuring out what my dreams mean but this one has me stumped. I know that when my Grandmother was ill and knew she was gonna die, I wondered how she felt "in her head" everyday knowing that she was going to die, and soon. Because she never showed it if she was scared...she never showed fear of any kind, just sorrow and worry about the ones she was leaving behind. So, why, am *I* having such morbid sociopath-ic dreams????????????? I love my sister and I don't want her to die and at this point, I can't handle another death of someone I love...plans, plans, plans!!!!
