PISSED!

First of all, we get paid every two weeks. Payday was Thursday. I asked my boss if I could get my paycheck before she left for the day (I work nights). She said no problem and we went in her office to get it and it wasn't there. So, she called the place that actually writes the checks and where the director picks them up from. Apparently, they mailed my check out to me. Why would they do that? So, I was pissed because I desperately needed that money and it was only half a paycheck anyway since we get paid twice a week and I started in "week two". Anyway, I get my paycheck today in the mail. They didn't even pay for me for the hours I worked. My dad said that maybe they were hours you worked for the next pay period and I told him, "No, because the extra hours that are missing are hours I worked on Saturday and I got paid for my regular Saturday hours, just not the extra hours I worked that day". So, there is no way they're giving them to me on the next paycheck, because I worked those extra hours on a day I GOT paid for in this check. So, I'm pissed about that. Sorry, had to vent.
